Through hard work, Kristen has earned a reputation for providing owners and guests with quality customer service by going above and beyond their expectations. Her skill set includes, home renovations, decorating, construction management and office management and bookkeeping. She has worked in every area of the industry starting with housekeeping business in 1994, running the operating end of a competitors management company starting in 1995,to becoming a personal assistant for a real estate firm in 2003 and then later branched out commercially to start St. John Ultimate Villas, Inc. in 2005.
