Many of our villas can accommodate large families for far less than staying at one of St. John’s hotels or resorts. If you wish for your wedding party and guests to be within close proximity of one another, yet have all of the privacy and comforts of home, some of our villas are within walking distance of one another.

$2,500 (up to 40 guests)
$3,000 (up to 50 guests)
$3,500 (up to 60 guests)
$4,500 (up to 80 guests)
$6,000 (up to 125)

All villas require a special events security deposit and might incur an additional cleaning fee. Please inquire. The Deposit Mirrors the Event fee.
